1- Order Placement:

Once you place an order on our website. , one of our experts will call you to confirm your personal information and the delivery details within 24 hours , and therefore let you know with the expected delivery date.

There will be 3 attempts for three days in row (In case of No answer a text message or an email will be sent if available), if yet no answer the order will be cancelled including all the promotions and discounts , and you’ll be welcome to order your items again anytime.

.If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you through a phone call or a text and you will not be charged any fees.

2- Order Cancellation: We may cancel your order(s) if:

You were not available for three attempts to confirm your order within 3 days in row after placing your order.

There was no one available at the delivery address to receive your order , and you were not available to reschedule the delivery within reasonable time.

Cancellation Request : We’ll be happy to support you to cancel your order for any reason since it was not shipped with our courier yet.

3-Order Delivery:

Once your order has been confirmed with Stanvi , it should arrive at your doorstep within three to five ( 3-5 )  working days.

4- After Sale Service

 Guarantee:

Stanvi’s warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against any defects in material, design after purchase of the product.

Warranty Policy:

-Stanvi team  receives your complaints and requests through our website , mobile number and social media channels ( Facebook and Instagram ).

– Our warranty repair process ( Product quality check and repairing the product )  takes from  7 to 14 working days for the units covered under the warranty from the date of picking the product from your address until delivering it back to you fully repaired.

– Guarantee obligations are limited to repair of defective product or replacement of the defective part. Repairs will be carried out at Stanvi’s authorised service centres

– Guarantee will not be covered under the following conditions:

– Breakage               – Cracks                  – Product having un-authorized repairs

In those cases we will be happy to have your product repaired with reasonable fees based on the product condition and the service cost.

Note: Please always keep the item’s original box to claim guarantee.

We are so happy to have you as our customer and we’re working hard to guarantee the best products for you , however , if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason ,  you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it.

Please consider the following in your return and exchange requests:

• The product is in it’s original packaging ,not used and in a saleable condition.
• Any Pieces or accessories that were associated with the product are left intact and in their original condition.

Otherwise, the request could be rejected.

The full amount of your returned product will be refunded once we receive your order back and check the condition with same payment method.

Returns for opened products are only accepted for the below reasons: 

• Defective item: Item is damaged upon delivery or not matching our manufacturer’s specification.
• Wrong item: If you received an item different from what you ordered.(product, color, etc. )

Notice: At any time, Stanvi reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the conditions are not met , and a picture identification may be asked as a proof and extra delivery fees may be applied.
