This page tells you all the information about us and the legal terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) under which we sell Stanvi Products.
1- Order Placement:
Once you place an order on our website. , one of our experts will call you to confirm your personal information and the delivery details within 24 hours , and therefore let you know with the expected delivery date.
There will be 3 attempts for three days in row (In case of No answer a text message or an email will be sent if available), if yet no answer the order will be cancelled including all the promotions and discounts , and you’ll be welcome to order your items again anytime.
.If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you through a phone call or a text and you will not be charged any fees.
2- Order Cancellation: We may cancel your order(s) if:
- You were not available for three attempts to confirm your order within 3 days in row after placing your order.
- There was no one available at the delivery address to receive your order , and you were not available to reschedule the delivery within reasonable time.
Cancellation Request : We’ll be happy to support you to cancel your order for any reason since it was not shipped with our courier yet.
3-Order Delivery:
- Once your order has been confirmed with Stanvi , it should arrive at your doorstep within three to five ( 3-5 ) working days.
4- After Sale Service
Guarantee:
Stanvi’s warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against any defects in material, design after purchase of the product.
Warranty Policy:
-Stanvi team receives your complaints and requests through our website , mobile number and social media channels ( Facebook and Instagram ).
– Our warranty repair process ( Product quality check and repairing the product ) takes up to 7 working days for the units covered under the warranty from the date of picking the product from your address until delivering it back to you fully repaired.
– Guarantee obligations are limited to repair of defective product or replacement of the defective part. Repairs will be carried out at Stanvi’s authorised service centres
– Guarantee will not be covered under the following conditions:
– Breakage – Cracks – Product having un-authorized repairs
In those cases we will be happy to have your product repaired with reasonable fees based on the product condition and the service cost.
